Throughout my career, whatever the title has been, my job has always evolved around helping companies move forward.

Crisp out of uni, I spent my days at the commercial office of the U.S. Embassy in Denmark, advising American companies on how to navigate the Nordic market. Competition, market fit – the kind of intelligence that helps a business expand.

Later, as a copywriter and brand strategist, I did the same – just differently. Working inside and alongside some of the most creative agencies (now without a suit), I used stories, ideas, and strategy to help clients strengthen their position, sharpen their message, and advance on their goals.

I like to work closely with client partners. We talk, we test, we try to get to the bottom of what’s really going on. Then I take some time to dig in and bring something back that’s clearer and way more actionable than what we started with. That back-and-forth, the mix of conversation and deep work, is where things start to shift.

People seem to appreciate my calm and candid way of working. That I keep things moving without too much noise and rely on honest, casual conversation. And it’s true, I’m rarely the loudest person in the room. But my ideas are anything but quiet. And honestly, what I care about is how my clients come across.

Playing it safe is comfortable. But my job isn’t to keep clients comfortable. It’s to help them build the confidence to stand out on their merits. Because here’s the truth: no one pays attention to safe.

I’m drawn to organizations with substance. Like highly complex products, deep expertise, or specialized knowledge, where the real challenge lies in making that depth both clear and relevant. Brands like these don’t need noise but coherence to win clients, build trust, or advance their cause.

At the end of the day, what keeps me at it is seeing clarity take hold. When the entire organization starts to sound aligned, and the world begins to see them the way we intended.
